Subject to funding, StagEHd 2023 will take place in the late spring / early summer of 2023.

The StagEHd Festival programme is open to performance proposals from any independent, grassroot or community theatre company based within the EH postcode area. New, old and original work from any realm of the performing arts are all encouraged.

Programming decisions will be made by the festival board in consultation with a community steering committee which is made up of representatives from a number of Edinburgh’s community theatre companies. Proposals will be measured against creative interpretation, having simple technical needs, and content appropriate for daytime performance.
